What information we collect and how we use it

  • When you register as a user of our Website and Services, we ask for personal information that will be used to activate your account, provide the Services to you, communicate with you about the status of your account, and for other purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Entity Lab shall not be liable to you or any other person for any damages that might result from unauthorized use, publication, disclosure or any other misuse of such payment information, including credit card information. Other third-party vendors include Mailchimp and Google Analytics.
  • Like most website operators, we collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, the date and time of each visitor request, the pages you visit on the Website and the amount of time you spend on the Website. The purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our visitors use the Website and it may be used to improve the Website. From time to time, Entity Lab may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its Website.
